Pink salmon (600-700gr) 1 piece
Onion 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Provencal herbs 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Defrost fish, peel and rinse well.
Cut the fish into portions. The head and tail can be used to make fish soup.
Salt the pink salmon, pepper and season with herbs.
Arrange the fish pieces in a parchment-covered mold.
Top with diced onions and bell peppers.
Sprinkle with vegetable oil on top.
Bake pink salmon with vegetables in the oven at 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
The pink salmon is ready in the oven. Put on a platter and serve.
