Frozen mushrooms (or mushrooms) 200 g
Cheese 100 g
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Greens (for decoration) to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse the meat, dry it.
Beat off the sirloin well. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
Defrost the mushrooms, drain the liquid.
Fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onions in vegetable oil for 10 minutes, over medium heat. Salt.
Place the fried meat in a baking dish.
Grease a little with mayonnaise on top and lay out the mushrooms and onions.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C, 15-20 minutes.
Put the ready-made chops on a dish with lettuce leaves and decorate as desired.
