Casserole with minced meat and potatoes in the oven

A quick, delicious casserole with minced meat and potatoes in the oven, this is a great option for a delicious dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients

Potatoes 500 g

Minced meat 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Turmeric 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, put them in a saucepan and cover with cold water.

Cook until tender, drain the water.

Transfer the potatoes to a bowl. Mash with a fork or crush. Add eggs, salt and turmeric.

Beat well with a blender.

Fry the minced meat in a pan with vegetable oil, kneading the minced meat into small pieces with a spatula.

Add finely chopped onions and green onions, grated carrots.

Fry for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Grease the form with vegetable oil and put the meat layer on the bottom.

Top with mashed potatoes and smooth well with a spoon.

Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, at 180 degrees C.
