Stuffed chicken "Festive"

Stuffed chicken "Holiday" is an unusually tasty stuffed chicken with filling. An excellent choice for the New Year's table!

Cooking time 1 hour


Chicken 1 pc

Prunes 50 g

Hard cheese 50 g

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken well.

Fry grated carrots and finely chopped onions in vegetable oil.

Cut the chicken into the breast, pour and put the filling inside.

Rinse the prunes well, chop and add to the filling.

Add grated cheese.

Tie the chicken with cooking string to keep the filling inside.

Put the chicken in a mold and brush with mayonnaise. Bake the chicken in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour, periodically pour juice from the mold.

Cool the prepared chicken a little and put it on a dish. Remove threads.

Serve the whole stuffed chicken. In front of the guests, cut the chicken into portioned pieces and unexpectedly show the guests the delicious filling in the chicken.
