Oven baked trout

Delicious aromatic trout baked in the oven with delicate notes of lemon and orange will not leave anyone indifferent.

Trout steak 2 pcs

Lemon 1 pc

Orange 1 piece

French mustard with grains 3 tbsp l.

Olive oil 3 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Salt the trout steaks and leave for a couple of minutes.

Put the mustard in a bowl, add juice with half a lemon and an orange.

Stir the marinade until smooth.

Add olive oil to a bowl.

Put the steaks in a tight bag and add the marinade.

Leave the trout to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Place the trout steaks in a foil-lined baking dish.

Cook trout in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees C.
