Meat with pumpkin in a pot is a delicious autumn dish, hearty and simple, does not take much time to cook and will delight you with its aroma, taste and color.

Pork pulp 200 g
Pumpkin 200 g
Bulgarian pepper 2 pieces
Onion 1 pc
A clove of garlic 1 pc
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse the meat, peel the onion.
Coarsely dice the onion and pepper.
Cut the meat into pieces and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
Add vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the diced pumpkin.
Season with salt and pepper and add finely chopped garlic.
Add finely chopped parsley.
Put in pots along with the juice that gave the vegetables with juice during frying.
Cover with lids and cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 1 hour. Take out and let the pot cool slightly.
The meat with pumpkin in the pot is ready. Can be served at the table.
