During zucchini season, you should try all of the cooking options for this vegetable to get the most out of the fresh harvest and cooked meals.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Zucchini (medium size) 1-2 pcs
Chicken fillet 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Tomatoes 1-2 pcs
Pepper 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Wash the courgettes.
Cut lengthwise into halves. Remove the seeds with a spoon.
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
In a frying pan, fry finely chopped onions, grated carrots and chicken.
Add diced peppers and tomatoes, mix well and season with salt.
Stuff the zucchini boats with the filling and place on a baking sheet.
Make a mayonnaise mesh on top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Put the finished boats on a dish and garnish with sprigs of greenery.
The Lodochki stuffed squash is ready. Can be served at the table.
