Oven wings

Rinse and dry chicken wings.

For the marinade, pour the soy sauce into a bowl, add olive oil, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of grated fresh ginger and finely chopped garlic.

Put the wings in the marinade and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Turning over 2-3 times.

Put the wings on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Cool the finished wings a little.

The wings are ready in the oven. Put on a platter with lettuce and serve.
