Red cabbage 150 g
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp l.
Sugar 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Preparation
Chop the cabbage.
Add chopped cucumber and grated carrots into strips.
Add the onion, cut into half rings.
To mix everything. Add sugar, soy sauce, butter, lemon juice. Mix well and let it brew for 30 minutes.
