Easter meat rings with egg

Easter meat rings with an egg, a hearty and tasty dish for a festive table.

Minced meat 400 g

Onion 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Baltic cheese 50 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) bunch

Dill bunch




Prepare minced meat, rinse and peel onions and peppers.

Put the minced meat in a bowl, add finely chopped peppers and onions.

Add finely chopped herbs, egg and crackers. Season well with salt and pepper.

Knead the minced meat.

Add grated cheese and mix well.

Put the minced meat in the form of rings on a baking sheet with parchment.

Bake in the oven on a medium level for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Remove the meat rings from the oven and break one egg at a time in the middle of the rings.

Bake for another 3-4 minutes in the oven. Cool the finished meat rings a little.

Put on a platter with lettuce leaves.
