Pumpkin puree with cinnamon and honey

Aromatic pumpkin puree with cinnamon and honey will conquer all pumpkin lovers with its taste.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Pumpkin 300 g

Honey 2 tbsp l.

Walnuts (crushed) 1 tbsp. l.

Ground cinnamon 1-2 pinches.


Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces.

Place the pumpkin pieces in a saucepan and pour in half a glass of water.

Simmer over low heat, covered for 15-20 minutes. Evaporate the water completely from the finished pumpkin, just remove the lid for a few minutes at the end of cooking.

Add honey to the pumpkin.

Punch boiled pumpkin with honey with a blender.

Transfer to small bowls.

Add cinnamon, some chopped walnuts and honey.

Pumpkin puree with cinnamon and honey is ready. It turns out a very tasty and lean dessert. Can be served at the table.
