Casserole with semolina in the oven

This tender casserole with semolina in the oven will give you real home comfort and warmth and will be enjoyed by both children and adults.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 1.5% fat. 1/2 l

Eggs 2 pcs

Water 100 ml

Semolina 5 tbsp. l.

Sugar (sand) 3-4 tbsp. l.

Powdered sugar


Pour the milk into a saucepan. Add water and salt.

Put a saucepan on the fire and bring to a boil. Pour in the groats and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes, over medium heat.

Cool the prepared porridge a little.

Transfer the porridge to a bowl and add the eggs and sugar.

Punch well with a blender or just whisk until smooth.

Grease the mold a little with vegetable oil and pour the dough into the mold.

Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.

Cool the cooked casserole a little and put on a dish. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve to the table.
