Chicken fillet baked with bacon

Delicious, juicy chicken fillet baked with bacon and vegetables, an unusual way to cook chicken fillet.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Chicken fillet 2 pieces 200 g

Bacon slice 6 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Dried garlic 1/4 tsp

Peking cabbage leaf 2-3 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Olive oil 1 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Wash and dry the chicken fillet.

Rub with dry garlic and salt.

Wrap in bacon slices and tie with cooking string.

Fry in a hot skillet with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes, until a crust forms.

Place on a foil-lined dish or baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Put on a dish and remove the threads.

For the salad, chop the Peking cabbage, cut the cucumber and pepper into strips. Stir in a bowl. Season with olive oil and salt.

Put a portion of salad and hot fillet cut into slices on a dish. Serve with finely chopped dill.
