"Festive" cutlets

The name of these cutlets speaks for itself. Such delicious and original cutlets are not a shame to serve on the festive table, and on a normal day they will cheer up.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Pork pulp 200 g

Veal 150 g

Onion 1 pc

Loaf slice 1 pc

Eggs 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 3-5 branches.

Ketchup 2-3 tbsp l.

Cheese 50 g

Potatoes for garnish 2-3 pcs

Vegetable oil for frying

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the meat into pieces, peel the onion.

Grind the meat with onions in a blender or meat grinder.

Soak a slice of loaf in a beaten egg.

Add an egg with bread, finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper to a bowl of minced meat. Mix the minced meat well.

Form patties.

Fry in a little oil on both sides.

Put on a baking sheet.

Grease the top of each cutlet with ketchup and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 5-7 minutes.

For a side dish, peel the potatoes, cut into slices, fry in vegetable oil, until golden brown.

Place on a napkin to remove excess oil.

Put cutlets with potatoes on a dish. Serve with a light vegetable salad.
