Scrambled eggs with croutons and herbs

These beautiful scrambled eggs for breakfast are a great start to the day. Just 10 minutes and delicious fragrant scrambled eggs with toasted bread are ready.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Eggs 2 pcs

White crunchy bread 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) to taste

Salt to taste

Dill (greens) to taste


Take two slices of bread per serving.

Heat butter in a frying pan and add bread.

Fry a little and turn over.

Sprinkle immediately with finely chopped herbs.

Break one egg on top per slice of bread. Salt.

Cook covered for 1 minute. Put on a dish, garnish with herbs and serve.
