"Snowfall" chicken and pineapple salad

Festive, layered salad with chicken and pineapple "Snowfall" is a real find for the New Year's table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Canned pineapple 200 g

Cheese 100 g

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp l.

Walnuts 1 tbsp l.


Boil the chicken fillet until cooked for 20 minutes over medium heat, boil the potatoes, cool and peel.

Grate the potatoes and place in a serving ring on a platter. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Layer half of the finely chopped chicken and season with salt. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Arrange the sliced ​​pineapples in cubes.

Put the second part of the chicken fillet on the pineapple layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Lay out a layer of grated cheese. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove the serving ring and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, garnish with a sprig of parsley.
