Chicken breast 1 pc
Baltic cheese (Sirtaki) 50 g
Sour cream 10% fat. 3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Ground black pepper to taste
Divide the chicken breast with skin but no bones into two parts. Rinse well and pat dry.
Grate with ground black pepper on all sides. Puncture the side of the skin with a fork.
In a bowl, combine cheese, butter, sour cream and pressed garlic.
Spread chicken pieces well with cheese and sour cream on all sides.
Put in a mold greased with vegetable oil.
Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Remove from oven.
Put on a platter with vegetables.
Chicken breast with Ariana cheese is ready. Can be served at the table.
