Carrot cutlets in the oven

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Carrots 3 pcs

Flour 200 g

Vegetable oil (for frying) to taste

Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil the carrots and mash.

Add flour and salt to taste.

Stir and make small balls with your hands. Roll in flour.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Then bake in the oven until crusty. Carrot cutlets are ready, you can serve.
