Breaded chicken breasts

Chicken breast 1 kg

Breadcrumbs 1, 5 stack.

Dried basil 1 tbsp l.

Salt 1 tsp

Ground black pepper (for batter) 1/2 tsp.

Mayonnaise (for batter) 3 tbsp. l.

Wheat flour of the highest grade 1/2 stack.

Eggs (for batter) 5 pcs


Cut the breasts into "fingers" and beat slightly. In a bowl, combine the rusks, basil, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, make batter. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture.

Then in breadcrumbs and place in a preheated pan.

Fry in hot oil on both sides until crisp.

Place the chicken on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Transfer to a plate, garnish with herbs and vegetables, serve hot.
