Chicken casserole "Astoria"

Oven baked chicken and potatoes are always a win-win. And if they are under juicy tomatoes and cheese, it tastes three times better.

Cooking time 1 hour 20 minutes


Potatoes 5-6 pcs

Chicken fillet 200 g

Baltic cheese 100 g

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Sour cream 10% fat. 3 tbsp. l.

Zira 1 pinch.

Salt to taste


Peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into slices and put them in a greased dish with vegetable oil. Salt a little.

Wash and dry the chicken well.

Cut the chicken into slices and beat well.

Put a layer of chicken meat on a layer of potatoes and salt a little, add cumin.

Add finely chopped dill.

Add chopped tomatoes in circles.

Add a layer of grated cheese on top.

Mix sour cream with water and pour over a casserole dish.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees C.

Remove the prepared casserole from the oven.

The chicken casserole is ready. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, garnish with lettuce leaves and serve.
