Homemade burgers with chicken cutlet

Homemade burgers cooked with your own hands are much tastier and healthier than purchased ones. Cooking them is not at all difficult, and children will be delighted with such a dish.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Buns 3 pcs

Smoked cheese 3 pcs

Lettuce leaves

Provencal herbs 1 tsp

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Frying oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Pass the chicken fillet and onion through a meat grinder.

Add egg, dried herbs, salt and pepper.

Form round patties.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until tender.

Heat the buns a little and oven.

Cut crosswise into two pieces. Wash lettuce leaves, cut the cucumber into thin slices.

Put lettuce leaves on the bottom of the bun.

Lay with cucumber slices.

Place the cutlet and cover with a slice of cheese.

Add the lettuce and cover with the second half of the bun. Serve to the table.
