Fried chanterelles with pasta

Fried chanterelles with pasta, this simple and aromatic dish will not leave anyone indifferent.

Cooking time 35 minutes

Ingredients

Leek 1 pc

Chanterelles 300 g

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Pasta 150 g

Butter 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Dill (greens) 2-3 branches.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Peel the leek and garlic and chop finely.

Fry in vegetable oil.

Rinse and dry the mushrooms.

Chop not coarsely and add to the pan. Fry for 3-5 minutes. Add some water and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.

Boil the pasta in salted water until tender and rinse well.

Add pasta to mushrooms and stir.

Add oil, salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Place on plates and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
