Chicken in foil on charcoal

Ingredients

Chicken pieces on the bone 3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Dried green onions 1 tsp.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Foil

Rinse and dry chicken pieces.

In a bowl, fold the chicken pieces, coarsely chopped pepper and chopped onion in half rings.

Add spices, salt, vegetable oil and mayonnaise. Mix well and leave for 1 hour.

Place chicken, onion and pepper slices on foil pieces.

Wrap each bundle tightly. Heat the coals and place on the wire rack. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Then turn over and cook the same amount on the other side.

Put on a platter and serve with herbs and vegetables.
