This is something that must be prepared in the country. Grilled chicken pieces melting in your mouth will not leave anyone indifferent. Delicious and aromatic grilled meat on coals and nothing more.
Cooking time 35 minutes
Chicken slices (thighs, parts of legs) 3-5 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Lemon 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper 1 pinch.
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry the chicken pieces.
Put chicken pieces in a bowl, chopped onion in half rings. Add ground pepper and salt. Season with lemon juice and vegetable oil.
Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the coals.
Place the chicken on the wire rack.
Cook for 15 minutes, turning the grill over so that the chicken does not burn.
Put on a dish, serve with herbs.
