Baked salmon

Baked salmon with a delicious bell pepper sauce, an excellent dish for a quiet family evening.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Salmon steak 3 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Carrot 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Ready-made mustard 1/2 tsp

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and cut bell pepper. Remove seeds.

Put on a baking sheet, grease with vegetable oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

Rinse and dry the fish.

Put chopped carrots in a fireproof dish. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper.

Put the fish on top, season with salt and pepper. Add some oil on top.

Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Put peeled bell peppers, finely chopped herbs and garlic in a blender bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mustard.

Beat well. Salt.

Put fish steaks and carrots on a dish.

The baked salmon is ready. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
