Potatoes 5-7 pcs
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil for frying
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Peel the potatoes, add cold water and boil until tender.
Fry finely chopped green onions in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Mash potatoes in a bowl in mashed potatoes, season with salt and pepper and add onions. Mix well and cool.
Form cutlets and roll in breadcrumbs.
