Classic vinaigrette

Classic vinaigrette with canned green peas and sauerkraut.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Sauerkraut 150 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Beet 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil beets and carrots until tender, cool and peel.

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool and peel.

Dice the beets, carrots, potatoes and pickles into a bowl.

Add canned green peas and sauerkraut.

Stir, salt to taste. Season with vegetable oil.

Our classic vinaigrette is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve.
