Potato pancakes

Potato pancakes are a simple and tasty potato dish.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Potatoes 3 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 2 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Dill (greens) 2-3 branches.

Salt to taste


Peel and grate potatoes.

In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes, flour, salt and finely chopped dill.

Mix well.

Blind the pancakes and fry in a hot skillet with vegetable oil.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Our potato pancakes are ready. Put on a platter and serve with fresh vegetable salad.
