Coho salmon baked with vegetables, an incredibly tasty dish worthy of a king's table. And it's very simple to cook.

Ingredients
Red fish steak (coho salmon) 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Green peas (frozen) 3 tbsp. l.
Corn (frozen) 2 tbsp l.
Bell pepper 1 pc
Olive oil 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation
Defrost fish, rinse and dry.
Put on a piece of foil. Season with salt and pepper.
Add sliced carrots, thawed peas and corn to the fish.
Add sliced bell pepper and chopped onion rings. Salt a little on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
Transfer to a mold or a baking sheet. Cover with foil on top and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Coho salmon baked with vegetables is ready. Put the vegetables on a dish, and put the fish steaks on top. Serve to the table.
