This recipe will help you prepare delicious pumpkin and green peas meat that will appeal to even the most fastidious gourmets.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Pork pulp 300 g
Peeled pumpkin 200 g
Green peas (frozen) 100 g
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Ground red pepper 1 pinch.
Salt to taste
Dice the meat, chop the onion. Fry meat and onions in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes. Add ¼ glass of water and simmer covered over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Add diced pumpkin and peas. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Cook until the pumpkin is soft for 3-5 minutes.
Put on a dish and sleep with finely chopped dill.
