Baked mushrooms with vegetables, this is a great appetizer for your table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Champignons 7 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Parsley (greens) to taste
Pepper mix to taste
Salt to taste
Rinse the mushrooms and clean the caps.
Finely chop the legs.
In a frying pan, fry finely chopped onions, grated carrots and chopped legs.
Stir, salt and stuff the caps.
Season with pepper mixture on top and drizzle with vegetable oil.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.
Baked mushrooms with vegetables are ready. Put on a platter with herbs and serve.
