Cabbage cutlets

Cabbage patties with a golden crust, a delicious and simple dish that can be prepared in the Fast.

Cooking time 20 minutes


White cabbage 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Boiling water 100 ml

Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp. l.

Semolina 3 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Pour semolina into a bowl.

Pour boiling water over and leave for 10 minutes.

Chop the cabbage into a bowl and mash it well with your hands.

Add finely chopped onion.

Add steamed semolina and salt.

Mix the mixture well.

Form cabbage patties and place on a plate.

Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil on both sides for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.

Place on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.

Cabbage cutlets are ready. Serve with herbs and vegetables.
