Preparation

Boil the bows in salted water. In a hot skillet with butter, slightly melt the finely chopped cheese and add the sliced ​​sausages in circles. Fry. Pour in cream and simmer for 5-10 minutes over low heat. Place the bows on the dish and top with the creamy sauce. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs on top.
