Potato cutlets

Potato cutlets are very appetizing, inexpensive and satisfying. The recipe for tender potato cutlets with a crispy crust is useful for every culinary specialist.

Potatoes 6-8 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil

Wheat flour of the highest grade 2 tbsp. l.

Pinch paprika.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters. Cover with water and cook until tender.

Drain and crush.

Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Add onion to potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and add paprika. Cool slightly and form into small patties.

Roll in flour.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

Serve hot.
