Mushroom glade salad

Puff salad "Mushroom Polyana" attracts the eyes of guests and itself already creates a festive atmosphere on your New Year's table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Marinated champignons 200 g

Cheese 100 g

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 5-6 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Place the marinated mushrooms, caps down, in a suitable bowl, saucepan or dish.

Layer in a layer of finely chopped parsley and green onions.

Add a layer of grated boiled potatoes. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Layer in a layer of finely chopped pickled cucumbers.

Add a layer of grated boiled carrots. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Put a layer of finely chopped boiled chicken fillet. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Put the grated cheese in the last layer. Put the salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Turn the salad dish onto a platter and carefully remove. Do not remove quickly, it may be worth waiting a little and the salad will slip out of the mold by itself.

Mushroom Glade salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
