Squid and pea salad

Delicious squid and pea salad that can be prepared in just 30 minutes. Delicate squid, canned peas and eggs.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Squid 300 g

Canned green peas 150 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Green onions 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Defrost 300 grams of squid.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt to boiling water, lower the squid and cook until the carcass is white for 1-2 minutes.

Remove the squid with a slotted spoon and cool.

Boil three eggs, cool and peel.

Dice the eggs in a bowl, add the squid, cut into strips.

Add 150 grams of canned green peas and one bunch of chopped green onions.

Season the salad with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Stir and salt to taste.

Salad with squid and peas is ready. Put the salad in portioned salad bowls and serve.
